• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create integrated care plans that guide identified treatment strategies for clients experiencing severe mental illnesses and emotional disorders.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to meet the therapeutic needs of clients, focusing on empowerment and client choice.
• Facilitate crisis intervention and management, offering immediate support in high-stress scenarios to ensure client safety and well-being.
• Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, sharing insights and strategies that promote the overarching goals of the organization.
• Maintain compliance with professional ethical guidelines and organizational codes of conduct while ensuring accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and services rendered.
• Conduct evidence-based screenings and assessments, utilizing appropriate methodologies and tools to evaluate client needs, and recommending further assessments as necessary.
• Regularly monitor treatment plans, including tracking client progress and adjusting interventions as needed to optimize client outcomes.

• Provide on-call coverage when needed, ensuring continuous support for clients and peers.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Optima Mental Healthcare Services, you will primarily engage with adults and children facing major mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and trauma-related disorders. You will play a crucial role in empowering clients from diverse backgrounds, utilizing culturally competent practices to ensure their unique needs are met efficiently.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW) from an accredited institution; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• A current LCSW license in the state of Colorado.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in social work, preferably in a community health or mental health setting.
• Proven ability to develop rapport and trust with clients while working sensitively with those from varied backgrounds.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records and other relevant software for effective documentation and communication.

• Experience working with under-served populations, particularly in a community health clinic.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Previous engagement in quality improvement initiatives or community outreach programs.
