This remote position allows you to work from home while being part of a collaborative and supportive virtual environment. You will connect with a diverse and multidisciplinary team of professionals, including case managers and psychiatrists, to coordinate care effectively. We provide our therapists with the resources and support necessary to thrive in their roles, including ongoing training and access to various therapeutic tools and assessments to enhance your practice.

• You will conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health needs, formulating personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy services utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, to address issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.
• Collaborate with a team of case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure consistent, holistic care for our clients, facilitating referrals and consultations as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress, leveraging your expertise to stabilize situations and develop safety plans.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives, leading workshops and educational sessions to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma within diverse populations.

Our clientele includes individuals from a wide array of backgrounds, including different ethnicities, cultures, and socioeconomic statuses. You will be providing care to various age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults, each presenting unique mental health challenges. Your role as a therapist will involve fostering strong therapeutic relationships, adapting your methods to meet the diverse needs and cultural perspectives of each client.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively establish rapport with clients, demonstrating empathy and cultural sensitivity.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage documentation accurately and efficiently while maintaining confidentiality.

• Experience in providing therapy in an outpatient setting, particularly with a diverse client base.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms to facilitate remote service delivery.
• Previous involvement in community outreach or mental health education programs is highly desirable.
