About the Role:

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with company provided lead generation tools and your own proven methods
  • Collaborate with all internal departments to ensure timely and efficient service and communication for customers
  • Utilize CRM software to track prospecting activities
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in B2B logistics sales, targeting customers who move FTL, LTL, Drayage, Intermodal, LCL, Ocean, Air, and Warehousing.
  • MUST BE ABLE TO BRING AN EXISTING BOOK OF FREIGHT BROKERAGE BUSINESS to meet 15/30/60 Day performance expectations, with the ability to constantly grow your customer base over time with all of Unicargo's tools at your disposal.

  • Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to easily steer a a conversation rather than "recite a script"
  • Strong knowledge of the domestic supply chain allowing you to identify a client's transportation needs and craft an optimal solution
  • Experience with Sales CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, etc with expert level task management capabilities
  • Proficiency with lead generation tools such as ZoomInfo, D&B Hoovers, LinkedIn, Apollo, etc to identify valid prospects and decision makers
