Evolve Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our remote team in Mesa, Arizona. This position offers a remote setting, providing flexibility for the LPC to manage their schedule efficiently while maintaining a meaningful impact on their clients. Although the work will be primarily performed from home, clinicians will have access to an outpatient office for necessary meetings and supervision. • Manage a diverse caseload of clients, building rapport and maintaining professional boundaries through consistent and ethical practice.
• Conduct weekly individual sessions, with attention to reviewing client progress and preparing for appropriate discharge planning.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that are person-centered and responsive to client needs.
• Document all client interactions thoroughly and accurately, ensuring that progress notes and treatment updates are maintained in real-time.
• Perform intake assessments, gathering comprehensive information to accurately inform treatment solutions.
• Engage in regular individual supervision sessions to reflect on practice and develop clinical skills further.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare practitioners, sharing insights to enhance the team-based approach towards client care.

The Licensed Professional Counselor will serve adults, children, and families facing diverse mental health challenges. Our patient population is varied, necessitating a counselor adept at customizing therapeutic strategies to fit individual needs. The counselor will provide direct psychotherapy services aimed at fostering healing and promoting mental wellness across various demographics, including those from LGBTQIA+ communities and underserved populations.

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Current, unrestricted LPC license to practice independently in Arizona.
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient environment.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology effectively, including experience with RMS systems, Excel, and email communication platforms such as Outlook.
• Strong clinical skills in providing direct psychotherapy services and conducting intake assessments.

• Experience in working with a diverse client population, particularly those dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety, and family issues.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Commitment to ongoing education and training in mental health best practices.

The LPC role at Evolve Wellness Center offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
