Job description

Lightbridge Solutions has an immediate need for a NetSuite Functional Consultant with a strong accounting background to provide HANDS-ON NetSuite ERP consulting. The consultant is the point person for implementing and optimizing NetSuite.  This is a remote, full-time consulting position. You must have work authorization in the United States. 

This role will begin on a part-time basis for the first few weeks and is expected to transition into a full-time role once the consultant is qualified and fully ramped up. This is a remote consulting position, and candidates must have work authorization in the United States.

This position requires direct consultation with clients, supporting existing environments and new implementations. Candidates should be very comfortable providing direction to clients for standard functionality and advanced troubleshooting. The right candidate for this role will be a customer advocate, always looking for the optimal solution, while consistently growing their NetSuite skillset.  
Responsibilities:
  • Identify, evaluate, and understand customer requirements to guide NetSuite set-up, configuration, and customization
  • Ensure completion of tasks and components including but not limited to functional specifications, design specifications, configurations, quality assurance, user acceptance testing, implementations, and project reviews
  • Work with the implementation team to design changes to existing systems and integrate new systems into the client's infrastructure
  • Train end users on how to effectively use financial systems features and applications
  • Develop informational reports and financial statements
  • Act as ongoing support to existing NetSuite client base and take a proactive approach to troubleshooting
Experience Required:
  • 5+ Full NetSuite life-cycle implementation experience with OneWorld and SuiteSuccess
  • 3 years of NetSuite experience with implementations, configuration, training, and user support
  • Strong business skills and experience in accounting, finance, or operations
  • Experience developing saved searches, customized reports, financial reports, KPIs, and dashboards
  • Experience with data cleanup, conversions, import, and validation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience with NetSuite SRP, Advanced Revenue Management, Multi-book, Multi-currency, Consolidation and Eliminations
  • Experience with Contract renewals
  • Experience with OpenAir
