Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or 4+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 2+ years of progressive HR experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Generalist, People Operations, or similar role  
  • Working knowledge of HR principles, employment law fundamentals, and compliance best practices  
  • Experience with HR policies, employee relations, performance management, benefits, and/or learning and development  
  • Experience with an HRIS; BambooHR experience is a plus  
  • Strong judgment, discretion, communication, organization, and attention to detail  
  • Ability to independently manage HR processes and competing priorities with limited oversight  

A Day in the Life 

As the Human Resources Generalist, you’ll work closely with the Director of HR and team to support the programs and processes that shape the employee’s experience at Intrinsic Digital. 


This is a hands-on HR role with ownership across employee relations, learning and development, performance management, onboarding and offboarding, HRIS administration, compliance, and culture. 


Responsibilities Include: 

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies, programs, and day-to-day HR matters.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to the Director of HR and help maintain continuity of HR operations and employee support when the Director is unavailable.  
  • Own assigned HR processes from start to finish, coordinating stakeholders, communicating updates, and identifying risks or opportunities for improvement.  
  • Administer employee onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle activities in partnership with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, IT, Finance, and managers.  
  • Support performance management, including check-ins, focal reviews, goals, manager guidance, documentation, and compensation/title changes.  
  • Coordinate L&D initiatives and manage the Learning Management System, including training content, assignments, completion tracking, and records.  
  • Maintain accurate HRIS data, employee records, required documentation, acknowledgments, and HR files; conduct periodic audits to support accuracy and compliance.  
  • Support employee recognition, engagement, culture initiatives, and own the planning/coordination of the annual Company Retreat.  
  • Draft HR communications, employee documentation, policies, procedures, manager resources, and process guides in partnership with the Director of HR.  
  • Assist with HR reporting and people analytics, including headcount, turnover, training, performance, and other HR metrics.  
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive employee and company information.  
  • Support additional HR projects and responsibilities as business needs evolve.
