About The Role

We're looking for a motivated and relentless Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Sales team. This role is 100% focused on hunting, with a strong emphasis on cold calling, email outreach, and other outbound activities. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective enterprise customers and will play a crucial role in building pipeline and fueling Unframe's next stage of growth.

What You'll Do

• Hunt for new enterprise leads via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn
• Qualify prospects and set up meetings for the sales team
• Research accounts and tailor outreach to decision-makers
• Track activity in our CRM and iterate on messaging

What We are looking for

• 1–3 years in outbound sales (BDR/SDR), ideally in B2B SaaS
• Cold outreach prospecting experience
• Experience with tools like Outreach, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Lusha
• Bonus: Experience with AI, data, or enterprise tech sales
