  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of senior product designers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and growth.
  • Drive user-centered design decisions that directly contribute to engagement, retention, and business outcomes.
  • Create and evolve wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that enhance discovery, loyalty, and user motivation.
  • Own and maintain the design system, ensuring consistency across iOS, Android, and web platforms.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to deliver cohesive and impactful solutions.
  • Translate user research, analytics, and business insights into actionable and effective design strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools and automation into design workflows to improve speed and quality.
  • Establish scalable design processes and continuously improve team workflows and collaboration models.
  • Stay up to date with trends in mobile gaming, engagement design, and loyalty ecosystems to inform product innovation.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience leading product design teams in mobile-first or consumer-facing digital products.
  • Strong background in entertainment, gaming, loyalty, or highly engaging consumer platforms.
  • Proven experience scaling design teams, processes, and design systems in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality mobile product design and impactful user experiences.
  • Deep expertise in gamification, engagement design, and user motivation principles.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma and modern design tools.
  • Strong understanding of cross-platform design for iOS, Android, and web.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong ability to translate complex user needs and data insights into clear design solutions.
  • Experience integrating or experimenting with AI-driven tools in design workflows is a strong plus.
  • Passion for detail, usability, and delivering polished, high-quality user experiences.
  • Nice to have: experience in loyalty/rewards systems, mobile gaming ecosystems, or advertising-driven products.
Benefits
  • Flexible working hours with a remote-friendly setup.
  • Annual learning and development budget to support career growth.
  • Personal coaching and wellbeing support programs.
  • 25 paid vacation days (location dependent).
  • Monthly internet and transportation allowances (location dependent).
  • Choice of MacBook or Windows equipment.
  • Relocation and visa support where applicable.
  • Opportunity to work in a modern, collaborative, and international environment.
  • Exposure to large-scale consumer products with millions of users.
  • Hybrid access to a modern office environment in Berlin (where applicable).
