As a Sr Enterprise Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in designing, modernizing, and enhancing enterprise software solutions within a complex business environment. This position combines hands-on development with client interaction, offering the opportunity to work across backend systems, frontend applications, and database architectures. You will contribute to the modernization of legacy applications while helping drive the adoption of modern technologies, including .NET Core and AI-assisted development practices. This role is ideal for an experienced developer who enjoys solving complex challenges, engaging directly with stakeholders, and leveraging emerging technologies to improve software engineering processes.

Accountabilities:

As a senior technical contributor, you will be responsible for delivering scalable and high-quality software solutions while supporting modernization initiatives and collaborating closely with business stakeholders.

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack enterprise applications across backend services, APIs, frontend interfaces, and database layers.
  • Own end-to-end feature delivery, primarily focusing on backend development while contributing to frontend enhancements when required.
  • Modernize and maintain legacy applications, supporting migration initiatives toward modern .NET technologies.
  • Build and integrate AI-assisted development workflows to improve engineering productivity and software quality.
  • Collaborate directly with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver business value.
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases, including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
  • Participate actively in Agile development processes, sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to architectural discussions and recommend best practices for software design, maintainability, and scalability.
  • Support the adoption of modern engineering tools, workflows, and development methodologies.
Requirements:

You are a highly experienced full-stack developer with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in client-facing environments.

  • 7-8+ years of professional full-stack software development experience.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with C# and VB.NET development.
  • Solid understanding of ASP.NET MVC architecture, including controllers, request lifecycles, and backend integrations.
  • Proficiency in frontend technologies including JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL Server and T-SQL, including stored procedures, query optimization, and database design.
  • Experience working with Visual Studio and source control tools such as TFS and Git.
  • Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, OpenWebUI, or similar technologies within software development workflows.
  • Ability to work directly with clients, gather business requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working independently with minimal supervision in distributed environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools such as JIRA.

Nice to have:

  • Experience migrating legacy applications to .NET Core.
  • Exposure to Azure cloud services and cloud-based architectures.
  • Knowledge of agentic coding workflows, prompt engineering, or AI-driven software development practices.
  • Familiarity with Windows Server environments, Hyper-V, or on-premise infrastructure.
  • Previous experience in enterprise software development within insurance, financial services, or regulated industries.
Benefits:
  • Opportunity to work on large-scale enterprise applications and modernization initiatives.
  • Exposure to cutting-edge technologies, including AI-assisted development and modern .NET ecosystems.
  • Flexible remote working environment.
  • High level of ownership and autonomy in technical decision-making.
  • Collaborative and agile work culture with direct stakeholder interaction.
  • Career growth opportunities within a growing and innovative technology environment.
  • Exposure to both legacy modernization and emerging software engineering practices.
