POSITION OVERVIEW: SENIOR .NET DEVELOPER

A Microsoft technology partner, is a growing software and services company looking for talented developers who want to make a difference and get rewarded for it. This fifteen-year old, North American solutions provider, headquartered in St. Louis, recently partnered with Microsoft to develop and implement an exciting strategy for a specific industry space. Therefore, this candidate has the opportunity to embark on an exciting campaign to continue to develop Order Entry, Pricing, Inventory, Purchasing, E-Commerce and Warehouse management program using Microsoft Visual Studios environment. As a result of large demand, this Microsoft Partner is looking for immediate full-time, highly skilled .NET developers. Our objective will be accomplished through projects which are usually of considerable complexity and require a mastery of development tools. This energetic individual would also perform maintenance on existing software facets. Common technologies you will be dealing with are C#, React, Xamarin, Microsoft SQL Server, E-Connect, ASP.Net, SQLite, MVC, and Infragistics.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

• Team Lead/Architect/Senior Developer with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience within information technology. 
• Full system life cycle experience: design, coding, testing, bug fixing, deployment, technical documentation, support and maintenance.
• Strong technical abilities in creating database-enabled Internet/Intranet applications using various languages and platforms.

·         Skilled in crafting efficient, standalone executables and middle-layer DLLs using .Net technologies and/or Microsoft tools set (such as E-Connect).

·         Designs and writes programs according to functional and non-functional requirements based upon input from customers and team members

·         Codes, tests and debugs new software or makes enhancements to existing software

·         Debugs or resolves in a timely manner problems that arise with existing production applications to ensure the efficient and proper functioning of application components

• Experienced in software project lifecycle management, technical training, relational database analysis, mentoring, design, coding, scripting, form, and report design (Crystal Reports), SSRS,
• Demonstrate excellent written & verbal communication skills, initiative, creativity, and teamwork, with strong desire to excel.  Thrives on new technology and is very eager to lean.

·         Collaborates with technical staff to learn and understand software problems

·         Provides general system users and management with system analysis and feedback

·         Recommends future design and modification based upon marketing direction and functional needs of customer industry

·         Mentors and coaches less experienced staff

·         Maximizes the efficiency of the various software systems by implementing, monitoring, testing and auditing new software programs

·         Follows established development, configuration/change methodologies and control processes

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION & LICENSES:
