The position combines hands-on software development with technical design, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, cloud-enabled products.

Accountabilities

The Senior Full Stack Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-native applications while ensuring high standards of quality, scalability, and performance.

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain complex full stack web applications using cloud-native technologies and microservices architecture.
  • Build scalable backend services using Node.js while developing modern, responsive user interfaces with React and related UI frameworks.
  • Develop serverless applications leveraging AWS services such as Lambda, SNS, SQS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, RDS, and DynamoDB.
  • Design and implement cloud-based data processing and automation solutions that support high-quality transactional systems.
  • Create technical designs, write clean and maintainable production code, and prepare comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Develop automated test suites, perform unit testing, and contribute to overall software quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with architects, UX teams, infrastructure specialists, and other engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve system reliability and scalability.
  • Contribute to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code initiatives.
  • Support Agile development processes and actively contribute to team success through knowledge sharing and collaboration.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate has strong experience building cloud-native applications using modern JavaScript technologies, microservices, and AWS infrastructure.

  • Proven experience developing full stack applications using Node.js and modern JavaScript or TypeScript.
  • Strong frontend development experience with React and contemporary UI frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing microservices and serverless architectures.
  • Advanced knowledge of AWS services, including Lambda, SNS, SQS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, RDS, DynamoDB, and AWS CI/CD tools.
  • Experience creating automated testing frameworks, unit tests, and quality assurance processes.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and computer science fundamentals.
  • Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code solutions such as AWS CloudFormation or similar technologies.
  • Experience working in Agile Scrum environments with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant AWS or other professional cloud certifications are considered an advantage.
