Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Account Executive based in Netherlands.

As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving global revenue growth by building relationships with enterprise publishers and leading complex commercial conversations. You will own the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities and understanding customer challenges to negotiating and closing high-value deals. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional who thrives in a high-autonomy environment and enjoys creating new opportunities. You will work with businesses across international markets, helping them solve challenges related to digital advertising, monetization, and revenue optimization. With ownership over your territory and pipeline, you will have the opportunity to directly influence growth while collaborating with a remote and globally distributed team.

Accountabilities
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise web and mobile app publishers across EMEA and APAC markets.
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, industry events, communities, and professional networks.
  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers, transforming initial conversations into qualified commercial opportunities.
  • Lead discovery sessions to understand customer challenges, including revenue optimization, traffic quality, advertiser demand, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop compelling business cases that demonstrate measurable value and align solutions with customer goals.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation, contracting, and closing.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasts, opportunity tracking, and sales documentation through CRM tools.
  • Coordinate successful customer handoffs to onboarding teams while maintaining engagement throughout implementation.
  • Build long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities for account expansion and additional value creation.
  • Share market insights, customer feedback, competitive trends, and sales learnings with internal teams.
  • Represent the organization within relevant publisher, advertising, and technology communities.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, account management, or a similar commercial role.
  • Proven experience building pipelines and closing complex B2B or enterprise-level deals.
  • Experience working within the digital advertising ecosystem, either on the buy side or sell side.
  • Strong understanding of commercial strategy, customer discovery, qualification, forecasting, and deal progression.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships across different markets and cultures.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership, independence, and the ability to operate effectively in a remote environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect data, customer challenges, and business outcomes.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising concepts such as eCPM, fill rate, invalid traffic, programmatic advertising, and publisher monetization is highly advantageous.
  • Experience working with mobile app publishers, mobile gaming, utility apps, mediation, in-app advertising, or programmatic demand is preferred.
  • Existing relationships with publishers, advertisers, agencies, app developers, or ad-tech platforms are considered a strong advantage.
  • Experience selling publisher inventory to DV360 advertisers is beneficial but not required.
  • Excellent English communication skills with the ability to negotiate at a business level.
  • Additional professional languages relevant to EMEA or APAC markets are a significant advantage.
Benefits
  • Fully remote work opportunity with the flexibility to work from anywhere.
  • Performance-based environment focused on outcomes rather than fixed working hours.
  • Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and business impact.
  • High level of ownership over territory, pipeline, customer relationships, and commercial results.
  • Opportunity to work with major international web and mobile app publishers.
  • Exposure to diverse global markets and complex enterprise sales opportunities.
  • Collaborative environment with a distributed international team.
  • Opportunity to contribute directly to business growth and strategic expansion.
