• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately determine the mental health needs of clients.
• Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans aimed at achieving clients' specific therapeutic goals.
• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care, participating in regular case discussions and treatment plan reviews.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and legal guidelines for client documentation and record-keeping.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through regular clinical supervision, workshops, and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.

• Must hold a valid license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.
• A Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Strong skills in evidence-based practices, ensuring you can provide the best care tailored to each client.

• Prior telehealth experience or familiarity with teletherapy practices is a plus.
