Little Fuse Mental and Counseling Center is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our mental health team in Frisco, Texas. • Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and identify appropriate interventions.
• Designing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans aligned with the individual goals and progress of clients.
• Providing individual counseling sessions, couples therapy, and group therapy to promote healing and personal growth.
• Fostering collaboration by participating in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings, sharing insights for holistic client care.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential records of client interactions and treatment outcomes, adhering to ethical and legal guidelines.
• Participating in ongoing supervision and case conferences, contributing to a culture of continuous professional development.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Little Fuse, you will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disturbances, PTSD, and addiction issues. Our clients come from various backgrounds and require tailored therapeutic interventions to help them navigate their emotional difficulties. • A valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• A Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and group therapy within diverse mental health settings.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic methodologies applicable to mental health intervention.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients from different walks of life.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively document client progress and treatment outcomes.
• A firm commitment to ethical standards and the confidentiality of client records.

• Previous experience in outpatient mental health settings and a background in trauma-informed care may be advantageous.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems to document client interactions efficiently.
• Experience in conducting therapeutic groups and workshops would be beneficial.
