Based in Orlando, Florida, this full-time remote position will allow you to work from the comfort of your home while also engaging with clients through our outpatient office facility. This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a strong connection with clients through virtual sessions. You will be supported by a collaborative team of fellow therapists and case managers who are committed to providing comprehensive care. Our outpatient office facility serves as a hub for team meetings, training, and occasional face-to-face client sessions, ensuring that you have all the resources necessary to succeed.

• Establish and maintain positive, trust-based rapport with a diverse clientele.
• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose and treat mental health disorders including anxiety, depression, relational conflicts, and trauma.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals, adapting them as necessary.
• Lead engaging therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families, utilizing therapeutic techniques that foster effective communication and healing.
• Regularly review client progress through ongoing assessments and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and refer clients to specialists as needed to enhance their treatment experience.

As an LMFT at Infinite Ties Wellness, you will work with a varied patient population, including individuals navigating personal challenges, couples strengthening their relationships, and families dealing with systemic issues. Your expertise will help clients develop coping mechanisms, improve interpersonal dynamics, and achieve emotional well-being. Your work will directly contribute to empowering clients to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exceptional therapeutic and counseling skills, with a strong ability to connect and inspire change in clients.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, essential for collaboration within our multidisciplinary team.

• Specialized training in addiction counseling, particularly with substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
• Experience with evidence-based practices and methodologies in a therapeutic setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth technologies.
