Work Environment

As part of our telehealth team, you will utilize digital platforms to conduct sessions, engage with clients, and implement treatment plans efficiently. Key Responsibilities

• Create individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and evaluations of client needs, considering their personal histories and current challenges.
• Provide therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups utilizing evidence-based approaches anchored in psychotherapy, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care tailored to the client’s specific circumstances.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with state laws and ethical standards, ensuring all documentation reflects the quality and scope of care provided.
• Engage in continuous professional development opportunities, such as workshops and training sessions, to stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work closely with individuals from diverse backgrounds, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship conflicts. Our clients often seek assistance in navigating life’s challenges, whether they are short-term hurdles or more chronic emotional difficulties. The role requires sensitivity and adaptability to foster meaningful connections and effective therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Professional Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• Ability to meet internal credentialing requirements specific to our clinical setting.
• A minimum of one year of relevant experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.
• Proven experience in assessment, diagnosis, and delivering both individual and group therapy.
• Basic computer proficiency including keyboarding skills and familiarity with telehealth technology.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with diverse patient populations, especially within a telehealth framework.
• Knowledge of various therapeutic techniques and the ability to implement them effectively.
• Familiarity with community resources in the El Paso area that can support client needs.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
