Event & Sales Integration Manager - Americas

Location: Daleville, Virginia. Partly remote is possible after introduction period.

Requires: Frequent travel across the Americas, and occasionally globally to support other regions.

Role purpose

As Event & Sales Integration Manager for the Americas, you are responsible for maximizing the impact of marketing by working closely with our sales team and ensuring strong alignment with global marketing.

You act as the bridge between sales and marketing - capturing needs, identifying opportunities, and turning them into effective execution across events, content and campaigns.

Key responsibilities

Own and drive events in the Americas (50%)

  • Own all events in the Americas end-to-end (planning, coordination, execution and follow-up)

  • Ensure high-quality execution and strong collaboration with internal stakeholders

  • Act as the main point of contact towards event organizers, including negotiation and optimization

Integrate with sales and capture needs (50%)

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with sales teams in the US and LATAM

  • Act as the first point of contact for marketing-related needs

  • Capture and structure requests related to:

    • content (e.g. product material, cases, articles)

    • campaigns

    • presentations and sales material

  • Identify opportunities proactively based on dialogue with sales

Drive input to content and campaigns

  • Translate sales needs into clear input for the global marketing team

  • Help identify who we should create content with (e.g. engineers, sales, customers)

  • Support content creation when relevant, or coordinate with internal team or agencies

Act as a bridge to global marketing (critical)

  • Bring all needs, ideas and requests from the Americas into the global marketing team

  • Ensure all activities are aligned, anchored and prioritized together with global marketing

  • Avoid local silos by working through established processes and collaboration forums

Capture and share market intelligence

  • Continuously gather insights from sales and the market

  • Share best practices, success factors and learnings across regions

  • Contribute to improving marketing efforts globally

How you succeed in this role

  • You become a trusted and valued partner to sales - someone they rely on

  • You ensure marketing is seen as helpful, relevant and easy to work with

  • You balance being close to the business with staying aligned with global marketing

  • You turn input and ideas into structured, actionable work for the wider team

What we are looking for

  • Strong ability to build relationships and work with senior sales stakeholders

  • Experience working close to commercial teams

  • Structured and able to turn input into clear actions

  • High level of ownership and accountability

  • Comfortable in an evolving, fast-paced environment

Meritorious

  • Experience from events, field marketing or similar roles

  • Experience from global organizations

  • Experience from manufacturing or industrial environments

  • Familiarity with HubSpot and CMS tools

  • Interest in or ability to support content creation (writing, photo, video)
