Job Summary: This role is crucial for supporting public policy campaigns by managing administrative and operational aspects. The successful candidate will ensure smooth vendor relations, process payments accurately, and contribute to project planning and execution. You will act as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners, driving efficiency and facilitating program success.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage vendor onboarding and track their status.
  • Process vendor payments and maintain financial records.
  • Communicate updates on payment and contract status.
