The Role:

We are seeking a motivated Social Commerce Intern to support our TikTok Shop US initiatives, working remotely from New York City or hybrid from San Jose. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about social commerce and e-commerce. You'll gain hands-on experience in data analysis, event planning, agency management, and affiliate management, all within a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

TikTok Shop Support:

Assist with the daily operations and campaign execution for TikTok Shop US. Monitoring and reporting on performance.

Data Analysis:

Collect, organize, and interpret social commerce and sales data to generate actionable insights for decision-making and reporting.

Event Planning:

Help coordinate in-person and virtual events (such as influencer showcases and product launches); manage logistics, invitations, and follow-up communications.

Agency Management:

Assist with communication between our company and external agencies, track project timelines, and help ensure deliverables are met.

Affiliate Management:

Support affiliate records, and monitor performance metrics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with TikTok, TikTok Shop, and major social commerce platforms

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency with Excel or data tools is a plus

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
