Be part of our team as Event Planning Manager at the Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort and Spa. Located in Greater Palm Springs, Grand Hyatt features 531 newly transformed luxury guestrooms, suites, casita-style villas, and two brand new Celebrity Chef food & beverage venues. Set within the perfect backdrop of scenic Indian Wells, this property is a destination favorite as it is positioned to take hospitality to a new level in the destination.
The Event Planning Manager's primary focus is servicing Sale bookings. This position acts as the liaison between Meeting Planners and the hotel staff. Responsibilities include: administering the Sales agreement, detailing all Food, Beverage and A/V needs, managing room blocks and pick up, billing instructions and final review. Event Planning Managers also are the on-site contacts and are responsible for the smooth execution of all events.
The salary range for this position is $70,304 - $77,000 This is the pay range for this position that Grand Hyatt Indian Wells reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.
