Job description

As the Manager of Sales Effectiveness, you will serve as the regional subject matter expert and primary point of contact for Aledade's most critical sales opportunities. Your mission is to provide best-in-class market expertise, planning, and collateral that empower our sellers to communicate our value proposition with precision and efficiency. By bridging the gap between complex data and persuasive storytelling, you will distill sophisticated analyses into high-level insights that create "compelling events" for prospective practices. Beyond active deal support, you will be a key architect in the evolution of our growth engine, providing direct input into the design and maintenance of the financial tools, ROI models, and systems that enable Aledade to scale effectively in a high-growth healthcare environment.
 
We are flexible with geographic location-the ideal candidate can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or from our Bethesda, MD or Durham, NC offices.
 

Primary Duties in providing deal strategy, solutions, and architecture on all opportunities:

Enterprise Sales Support:
  • Financial modeling & competitor data provisioning
  • Strategy & identification of opportunities present in available clinical data to communicate Aledade solutions
  • Pitch & data content design and build for custom presentations (health systems, IPAs, HCCNs, etc.)
Tools, Systems & Insights Design & Build - Collaborate closely with leadership and other growth functions in designing data models and tools for::
  • Financial Model Ongoing Improvements (ROI Tool): Support design and build of upgrades and enhancements to ROI tool leveraging available data & insights. Enhance automation capabilities on existing models.
  • Prospect Insights for Outreach: Continuation of development of tools to surface and demonstrate prospect insights from clinical data for Core sales team use
Deal Pricing & Capital Access Design, Assessment & Implementation:
  • Collaborate with Portfolio Marketing to inform on new capital access product design
  • Serve as Growth SME on P&L considerations for pricing design and changes
  • Own the build and implementation of new pricing products into existing ROI model
Other Responsibilities:
  • Collaboration w/ marketing to inform segment specific campaigns, share learnings
  • Partner to scale "tailored" content built for enterprise accounts into ready made for all prospect content
  • Management, training, troubleshooting around Aledade financial model offerings and GTM process
  • Ad Hoc project management, support for Director, particularly in assessment of enterprise deal structure and design
Minimum Qualifications:
  • BS/BS Business/Economics or relevant field
  • 8+ years of progressive work experience in sales oriented role
Preferred knowledge, skills, and/or abilities:
  • Strong Analytical & Communication Skills: This role requires the ability to "think on your feet" with the data available. Must be able to identify a problem or opportunity in a dataset, propose a solution, and visualize the data in presentation form to executive level audiences at sophisticated physician organizations
  • Strong knowledge of value-based care models, accountable care, and population health management.
  • Sales Acumen: Grasp of sales techniques and understanding of how primary care physician offices operate and make decisions
  • Customer Focus: understanding physician requirements to address pain points. 
    Time Management: must be able to manage multiple clients, projects, and tasks simultaneously.
  • Adaptability: comfort in occasionally unstructured data, uncertainties and operating in the gray, ability to cleanly document & communicate assumptions when necessary while maintaining focus on the overall solution
  • Relationship building: Service oriented mindset and ability to create and maintain relationships inside the organization. Balancing stakeholder priorities while prioritizing growth opportunities
  • Communication Skills: ability to explain complex topics effectively and efficiently.
  • Proven track record of success in business development
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth and fast paced environment. Comfort in failing and iterating quickly.

  • Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard. Occasional walking and lifting may be required.
