  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients' mental health status, utilizing the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) and selecting appropriate assessment tools to create individualized care plans.
  • Develop and maintain effective therapeutic strategies and interventions tailored to each patient's needs, continuously tracking and addressing their progress in therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to craft comprehensive and culturally respectful treatment plans that acknowledge the unique needs of each patient.
  • Document all treatment records, progress notes, and clinical information promptly and accurately, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures.
