This is a remote position.
Overview :
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with strong expertise in Guidewire InsuranceNow and deep insurance domain knowledge across Personal and Commercial Lines. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business and technology, working closely with stakeholders to drive successful delivery across product configuration, integrations, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for InsuranceNow implementations and enhancements
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Work closely with product owners, developers, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
  • Support configuration and enhancements across:
    • Policy lifecycle (quote, bind, issue, renew, endorse, cancel)
    • Underwriting rules and eligibility
    • Rating and product setup
  • Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and stakeholder meetings
  • Perform gap analysis between current system capabilities and business needs
  • Support UAT planning, execution, and defect triage
  • Collaborate on integrations with third-party systems (e.g., rating engines, data providers)
  • Ensure end-to-end traceability from requirements through delivery

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Guidewire InsuranceNow

Insurance Domain Knowledge
