Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary

This full-time LMHC position gives licensed counselors the opportunity to provide meaningful mental health care in a fully remote setting. You will work with clients through secure video sessions, helping them manage emotional challenges, improve coping skills, process difficult experiences, and make steady progress toward personal goals.

The day-to-day work includes therapy sessions, assessments, treatment planning, progress notes, and thoughtful follow-up. The ideal candidate is clinically confident, organized, and comfortable providing professional care through telehealth.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver remote counseling services to clients through a secure online platform
  • Complete clinical screenings, intake appointments, and ongoing assessments
  • Identify client needs and create treatment plans based on symptoms, goals, and functioning
  • Provide therapy for mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, and relationship challenges
  • Track progress across sessions and revise treatment goals when needed
  • Complete accurate documentation within required timelines
  • Maintain a secure, professional, and confidential telehealth setting
  • Use sound clinical judgment when addressing risk, safety, or care escalation needs
  • Stay aligned with ethical standards, privacy rules, and Massachusetts counseling guidelines

Requirements

  • Active Licensed Mental Health Counselor license in Massachusetts
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
  • Previous experience providing therapy to adults, adolescents, couples, or families preferred
  • Comfortable using telehealth platforms, EHR systems, and digital documentation tools
  • Strong understanding of clinical assessment, treatment planning, and progress notes
  • Ability to manage a remote caseload with professionalism and reliability
  • Must have a private, secure workspace suitable for telehealth sessions
