Spartan Vitality is a menโ€™s telehealth clinic focused on hormone optimisation and wellness. We provide patient-centred virtual care with an emphasis on clinical quality, responsible prescribing, and ongoing support. Our services include medical evaluation, lab review, and treatment management for testosterone optimisation and related wellness therapies.

Role Description

This is a contract/part-time Medical Director role for Spartan Vitality, based in Florida (remote with availability for oversight support). The Medical Director will provide clinical oversight and help ensure high standards of patient care, documentation, and compliance. Responsibilities include reviewing and approving clinical protocols, supporting quality assurance/chart review processes, collaborating with the treating provider(s), and being available for clinical guidance/escalations as needed. This role is focused on medical oversight and governance, not day-to-day operations or routine prescribing volume.

Qualifications
  • MD or DO with an active Florida medical license (required)
  • Experience in primary care, menโ€™s health, hormone therapy/TRT, telemedicine, or related outpatient care preferred
  • Comfortable providing clinical oversight in a telehealth setting
  • Strong understanding of patient safety, clinical documentation, and compliance standards
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Prior medical director, supervising, or clinical leadership experience is a plus
  • Willingness to review protocols, participate in chart review/QA, and support clinical best practices
