TEMPORARY TELEHEALTH RN OPPORTUNITY

Are you a Registered Nurse looking for a temporary telehealth opportunity where you can use your clinical expertise to make a difference from the comfort of your home? Schedule: Temporary Assignment | Full-Time Hours Available

Compensation: $57–$60 per hour (based on experience, education, location, and other factors)

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Active RN License in New York State

• Experience with UAS-NY and/or OASIS assessment tools

• 2+ years of home health, community health, or care management experience

• Experience working with adult and geriatric populations

• Strong computer skills and comfort utilizing telehealth platforms

• Excellent clinical assessment and documentation skills

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Knowledge of long-term care services and support programs

• Ability to work independently and manage a remote workload effectively

Key Responsibilities

In this telehealth-focused role, you will:

• Conduct virtual clinical assessments and reviews

• Review and validate NYS Uniform Assessment System (UAS) assessments

• Support care planning and service recommendations

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes

• Identify and address gaps in care through clinical review

• Provide education and guidance to members and caregivers as appropriate

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Utilize clinical judgment to support quality care and program compliance

Pay Details: $57.00 to $60.00 per hour
