Job Overview

The Campaign Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing up to 100 individual activations per month. This role serves as a critical link between the Talent and Sales departments internally, while also managing and communicating expectations with assigned brand partners externally. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excels in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Planning & Execution
    • Coordinate the full lifecycle of up to 100 monthly activations, from initial brief to final wrap-up, ensuring they're on-time and within scope.
    • Create detailed briefs, ensuring all critical information is captured for campaign execution.
    • Develop and maintain campaign schedules, deliverables, and timelines, adjusting as needed to meet evolving priorities.
    • Ensure clear, documented processes are followed at each stage of the campaign to maintain quality and consistency.
  • Internal Collaboration
    • Work closely with the Talent Department to align on talent availability, creative requirements, and campaign timelines.
    • Partner with the Sales Department to understand brand objectives, contractual obligations, and budget parameters.
    • Communicate campaign goals, progress, and updates to internal teams via regular meetings or project management tools.
  • External Brand Partnership
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned brand partners, establishing trust and clear lines of communication.
    • Set and manage expectations regarding campaign timelines, deliverables, and potential challenges.
    • Provide timely updates on campaign milestones, performance metrics, and any changes to scope or deadlines.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting
    • Track relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) for each activation, analyzing campaign effectiveness and ROI.
    • Compile post-campaign reports for internal leadership and external brand stakeholders, highlighting successes, lessons learned, and optimization strategies.
    • Use data-driven insights to suggest improvements and enhancements for future campaigns.
  • Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution
    • Identify and address any roadblocks or conflicts promptly, coordinating with internal teams and brand partners to find swift resolutions.
    • Escalate critical issues to senior leadership when necessary, providing potential solutions and next steps.
    • Ensure that last-minute changes or challenges do not compromise campaign outcomes or stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Process Optimization & Best Practices
    • Continuously evaluate existing workflows and propose improvements to streamline campaign processes.
    • Maintain updated documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), project plans, and performance benchmarks.
    • Share best practices with team members to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Perform additional related duties, as assigned

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 1+ years of experience in campaign management, project management, or a related marketing role.
    • Demonstrated success in handling multiple projects or campaigns concurrently.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
    • Analytical mindset for tracking campaign data and optimizing performance.
    • Excellent problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive approach to anticipating and mitigating risks.
