You will primarily be working with stable, low-acuity adult clients who seek support for a variety of issues, including stress management, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Your role will be vital in guiding these individuals toward achieving their mental health aspirations through targeted interventions and supportive therapies.

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• A valid license to practice in Virginia, specifically holding a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential.
• Capacity to operate independently and effectively, without requiring supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal skills that facilitate genuine connections with clients.
• Proficiency in technology and a comfort level with online therapies and tools.
