Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and evaluate client needs through comprehensive interviews and psychological assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Deliver a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques, tailored to individual or group settings.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations.
  • Participate in continuous professional development programs, including workshops and seminars, to stay informed about the latest research and therapeutic approaches in mental health.
