Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager with a specialty in Shipping to join our team. This role is remote, but requires approximately 25% travel for site visits, carrier meetings, inspections, and operational coordination.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in domestic and international shipping operations, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and can manage complex logistics challenges with confidence and precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize daily shipping operations for petroleum products and related materials.
  • Coordinate freight scheduling, carrier selection, and shipment tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international shipping regulations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including bills of lading, customs paperwork, and safety records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to forecast shipping needs and maintain inventory flow.
  • Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers and logistics partners.
