Position Summary

The Remote LVN supports digital health operations by reviewing and managing clinical documentation within a telehealth environment. This role focuses on data accuracy, chart review, and escalation of clinical concerns rather than direct patient care. Ideal for detail-oriented LVNs who excel in behind-the-scenes clinical support and digital workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit and abstract patient data for accuracy and completeness
  • Review remote patient monitoring data (vitals, glucose levels, weight, etc.)
  • Document findings and escalate clinical concerns as appropriate
  • Collaborate with providers to ensure timely care plan updates
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, URAC, and NCQA standards
  • Participate in quality assurance and documentation improvement initiatives
Qualifications
  • Active LVN license (Compact license preferred)
  • 4 years of LVN experience required
  • Prior experience with chart review, utilization management, or clinical documentation
  • Experience with InterQual or Milliman Care Guidelines (preferred)
  • Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment
  • High level of comfort navigating multiple EHRs and digital platforms
Required Skills (Non-Negotiable)
  • Prior remote or telehealth experience
  • Strong medication dosing and calculation skills
  • Excellent technical proficiency
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
