Licensed Vocational Nurse - Freestanding ER | Tyler, TX

Hospitality Health ER in Tyler, TX is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our dedicated emergency care team. This role involves providing compassionate, competent care to a diverse patient population-from neonates to geriatrics-while ensuring a high standard of service and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and provide post-care guidance.
  • Respond to billing inquiries and track patient complaints professionally.
  • Manage nurse calls and patient messages with timely, knowledgeable communication.
