This is a remote position, allowing you to create a flexible work environment tailored to your needs. The role supports a telehealth format, enabling you to connect with clients via secure video conferencing platforms. As you work from home, you will be equipped with ongoing support from our administrative team, ensuring that you can focus on providing therapeutic care without the hassle of scheduling or billing logistics.

• Deliver high-quality virtual psychotherapy to clients, utilizing a secure telehealth platform.
• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments and develop tailored, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Incorporate various therapeutic methods into your practice, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care to address clients' unique challenges.
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation in alignment with the licensure requirements of Nevada.
• Engage in regular coordination of care with other members of the clinical team to ensure comprehensive support for your clients.
• Attend remote team meetings, training sessions, and supervision when applicable to foster professional growth and maintain clinical competency.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, addressing their relational, emotional, and behavioral challenges. Your expertise will assist individuals, couples, and families in navigating complex dynamics, rebuilding trust, and improving communication. By providing a safe and supportive virtual environment, you will empower clients to achieve meaningful and lasting changes in their lives.

• Active LMFT license in the state of Nevada (interstate licensure is desirable).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Possess strong clinical skills in relational therapy and family systems.
• Maintain a reliable high-speed internet connection and establish a private home office or workspace conducive to virtual therapy.

• Two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Prior experience in providing telehealth services is preferred but not required; training will be provided to ensure your comfort and proficiency.

We offer competitive compensation ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, dependent on experience and caseload.
