• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that align with their goals.
• Provide evidence-based individual therapy through various modalities, tailoring approaches to meet the specific needs and preferences of each client.
• Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and continuously monitor their progress towards achieving these objectives.
• Offer teletherapy options to ensure accessibility for clients who prefer virtual sessions or face logistical challenges.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and treatment progress in adherence to ethical standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, webinars, and collaborative learning opportunities both within and outside the organization.

Your clients will encompass a variety of backgrounds and experiences, including those dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other emotional and psychological challenges. Our practice values a holistic approach, welcoming individuals from all walks of life as they seek support on their healing journeys.

• A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.
• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• A compassionate, non-judgmental attitude paired with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in technology for telehealth sessions and documentation.

• Previous experience in a therapeutic environment or outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with a range of therapeutic modalities and the ability to integrate different approaches based on client needs.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including various cultural backgrounds and presenting issues.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
