This isn't simply virtual care. It's a clinically driven model designed to make hearing healthcare more accessible, personalized, and convenient while maintaining high standards of patient care.

Instead of spending your day managing clinic operations, paperwork, and scheduling logistics, you'll focus on what matters most: improving patients' lives through better hearing.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct comprehensive remote audiologic evaluations, perform otoscopic examinations, perform hearing aid fittings, ย and provide follow-up care
  • Educate patients on hearing aid use and maintenance while setting realistic expectations for long-term success
  • Help shape the future of digital hearing care by providing feedback on new technology, workflows, and patient experiences

What You Bring

  • Active Au.D. license in CA, MN, NY, PA, or TX
  • 2+ years of hearing aid fitting experience
  • Passion for delivering exceptional patient care through innovative technology
  • Strong communication and counseling skills
  • Comfortable working independently, using digital tools and learning new clinical technology
  • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses with all associated costs covered by hear.com

Compensation

  • OTE: $100,000 to $120,000, comprised of base salary and monthly performance bonuses
