Overview: The Talent Acquisition Partner will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts partnering closely with supervisors and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and attract top-tier talent for the organization. This role requires a proactive, consultative approach to recruiting, with the ability to manage complex searches, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Actively source, assess, and pre-qualify candidates, identifying top talent who align with both organizational needs and candidate career goals.
  • Engage active and passive creative talent through strategic outbound sourcing, resume mining and screening, networking, referrals, recruitment events, etc.;
    Utilize a wide variety of talent generation sources, including but not limited to: Social Media Recruiting, online Job Boards, state clinical lists (if applicable) and company proprietary databases;
  • Leverage advanced sourcing strategies, including AI technologies, to identify, attract, and engage top talent efficiently.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market competitiveness, including talent availability, compensation trends, and industry hiring practices.
  • Partner with supervisor, hiring manager and the HR team members to include initial in-take, on-going updates and integrity of our applicant tracking system
  • Track and analyze key recruiting metrics within the ATS (e.g., time-to-fill, time-to-hire, quality of hire) to provide consultative insights to hiring managers driving data-informed decisions
  • Maintain up-to-date candidate records and hiring workflow steps in the ATS, ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy.
  • Serves in a consultative and advisory role with hiring managers to guide them in the selection process
  • Applies expertise toward recommending process improvement of the overall staffing strategy, focusing on quality, cost effectiveness and timeliness of fulfilling staffing needs;
  • Participate in TA projects and deliverables for various initiatives including process improvements, onsite job fairs, and other special projects as requested;
    Consistently perform above established quantitative and qualitative standards;
  • Maintain compliance with CCS's policies, procedures and mission and values
  • Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within CCS Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position; and
  • Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by CCS for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Employer.

Job Requirements:
  • 2+ year(s) talent acquisition experience in the healthcare setting;
  • Proven experience with the talent acquisition process including sourcing, candidate identification, compensation analysis, offer proposals and offer negotiation, pre-employment validation, etc.;
  • Experience in talent acquisition supporting health plan operations or managed care organizations and/or clinical experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) strongly preferred
  • Excellent written communication skills;
  • Experience using a web-based Applicant Tracking System;
  • Demonstrated ability to hit key hiring metrics;
  • Knowledge of strategic talent acquisition; methodology utilizing social media (LinkedIn Recruiter & Facebook preferred);
  • Proficient in MS Office Products (Excel, Outlook and Word);
  • Must be Internet savvy and experienced in mining online database;
  • Must have the ability to quickly learn new systems, processes and procedures; and
  • Able to adapt to competing time-sensitive demands.

Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred;
