Job Summary

As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization’s future by managing the full recruitment lifecycle and ensuring we attract, engage, and hire top talent. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will partner closely with hiring managers to develop strategic sourcing and recruitment strategies for complex roles, and your efforts will directly contribute to building a high-performing team at AmeriHealth Caritas. As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner, you are a consultative partner to your businesses, providing labor market intelligence, insights into talent demand and supply, and recommending creative sourcing strategies to source quality candidates. You will provide exceptional hiring manager and candidate experiences across the recruitment lifecycle. This role will require periodic nationwide travel.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage full lifecycle recruitment for complex roles across multiple lines of business from sourcing through onboarding, following established policies and processes. Create exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences, maintaining open and transparent communication.
  • Proactively and creatively source top candidates through diverse channels including but not limited to our candidate relationship management system, resume databases, digital advertisements, professional associations, networking, social media, hiring events, community partners, and employee referrals.
  • Serve as a consultative partner and talent advisor to hiring leaders, understanding hiring needs, embedding business acumen, and providing tailored recruitment strategies. Provide regular hiring updates using standard recruiting reports on a consistent basis.
  • Partner with our internal Talent Acquisition and Workforce Initiatives centers of excellence to identify opportunities to partner across the recruitment process to improve outcomes, including creating recruiting programs and pipelines to meet current and future business needs.
  • Use data and analytics to proactively solve recruitment challenges, providing insights and recommendations based on data. Regularly track your individual performance metrics including time to offer/time to fill, offer acceptance rate, and more.
  • May lead small to medium size projects on behalf of and within Talent Acquisition. Manage all aspects of recruiting events, including planning, logistics, and on-site representation at career fairs and community engagements, which will involve periodic travel.
  • Stay up to date on labor market trends and recruitment best practices to continuously refine sourcing and hiring strategies. Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations that impact the hiring and selection of talent.
  • Mentor junior level recruiters, sharing best practices and guiding them through recruitment challenges.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • prior experience recruiting in healthcare, managed care, or health insurance is preferred.
  • 5 or more years experience in high volume lifecycle recruitment within a corporate environment.

Other Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management Systems (CRM).
  • Experience in using sourcing tools including resume databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean Search, e-mail campaigns, networking, and lead generation.
  • Experience in leading and participating in recruiting events, including job fairs, campus recruitment, and other in-person and virtual events.
  • Experience using recruitment marketing to attract talent, including social media and digital advertisements, is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail including following all established policies to ensure compliance with state and government requirements.
  • Ability to be adaptable and agile in an ever-changing environment, including pivoting to recruit various roles across the organization.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to lead and coordinate projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
