Job description

Description
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or build a career in appointment setting, sales, or recruitment, while learning inside a high-performing real estate organization.
This is a phone-heavy, conversation-driven role focused on outbound calls, follow-up, and setting qualified appointments with real estate agents who may be open to making a career move.
Your role is to start conversations, build rapport, follow up consistently, and get qualified agents booked onto leadership calendars for interviews.
This position is built for someone who enjoys structured outreach, repetitive daily activity, and performance-based environments where consistency and follow-through matter.
If you enjoy outbound calling, relationship-building, and developing real-world sales and communication skills, this could be a strong fit.
This is a fully remote U.S.-based position. Applicants must currently reside in the United States and be authorized to work in the U.S.
Fluent, professional spoken and written English is absolutely required, as this role is heavily phone-based and involves daily conversations with sales professionals.
Responsibilities
• Call, text, email, and follow up with real estate agents daily to generate conversations and set qualified appointments with leadership
• Re-engage older leads and consistently follow up to move agents forward in the recruiting process
• Pre-qualify agents before booking appointments to ensure alignment with a team environment and expectations
• Manage and track all conversations in CRM (FUB), ensuring no lead falls through the cracks
• Conduct initial conversations to build rapport and assess fit
• Support recruiting efforts through social media outreach and engagement to build long-term relationships with agents
• Participate in occasional in-person events or meetups to expand the network and create new opportunities
• Assist with onboarding coordination for agents you help bring in to ensure a smooth transition onto the team
• Maintain ongoing communication with your pipeline to build relationships, not just one-time contacts
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in appointment setting, inside sales, lead follow-up, or outbound calling
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily, and personally engaging agents on the phone
• Strong verbal communication skills and confidence on the phone
• Organized, coachable, and consistent with follow-through
• Able to handle rejection without losing momentum
• Self-motivated and performance-driven
• Live & work within the United States, [work hours are 9-5:50, M-F Eastern Time]
