Job description

Outbound Sales & Appointment Setting Rep

Role: Outbound Sales & Appointment Setting Rep Location: Remote –Columbia OR South Africa Hours: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, aligned with US business hours (8 AM to 5 PM CST) Compensation: Fixed monthly pay in local currency + performance-based bonus

What You Will Do:

  • Make 80–120 outbound calls per day to business decision-makers using a provided script and CRM.
  • Set 3–5 qualified appointments daily for the sales team.
  • Log all call outcomes and follow-up tasks in the CRM.
  • Use email and LinkedIn to confirm appointments and reduce no-shows.
  • Report daily call and appointment metrics to the manager.
