You'll be one of the first points of contact for prospective candidates who have already expressed interest in our career opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls, confirm candidate interest, schedule interviews, follow up with applicants, and keep our interview calendar moving efficiently.

Outbound Calling & Candidate Follow-Up
  • Make outbound calls to candidates who have expressed interest in our opportunities

  • Answer basic questions about the interview and scheduling process

  • Follow up with candidates who have not yet scheduled
