Telecom Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Generation & Appointment Setting Agent who is confident speaking with high-level executives including CEOs, Presidents, Founders, Directors, and C-level decision makers.
This role is ideal for someone with strong sales instincts, professional communication skills, and the ability to create interest and secure qualified appointments through outbound calling, email outreach, and follow-up efforts.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to business owners and executive-level decision makers
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Build rapport quickly and confidently with CEOs, Directors, Founders, and other executives
- Navigate gatekeepers professionally and effectively
- Research prospects and tailor conversations based on company information and business developments
- Maintain accurate notes and follow-up activities in CRM systems
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting goals
- Follow scripts while also being able to adapt naturally during conversations
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or outbound sales
- Proven experience speaking with executive-level prospects
- Strong objection-handling and conversational sales skills
- Excellent English communication skills — both verbal and written
- Confident, professional phone presence
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- CRM experience preferred
- High-speed internet and quiet work environment required
Preferred Qualifications
- B2B sales or appointment-setting experience
- Experience in financial services, consulting, roofing, marketing, SaaS, or professional services campaigns
- Experience researching prospects before outreach
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, JobNimbus, or similar platforms
