This role allows clinicians to provide vital telehealth services, helping adolescents and young adults navigate their mental health challenges and fostering a supportive environment that encourages healing and growth. Work Environment

This is a 100% remote position where therapists can work from the comfort of their homes or any location of their choice within the USA. Our telehealth facility employs cutting-edge technology to ensure seamless communication and care delivery. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Harmony Wellness, you will:

  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions for adolescents and young adults, focusing on various mental health and substance use challenges.
  • Utilize evidence-based methodologies tailored to the unique needs of each client, incorporating strategies to foster resilience and sustainable healing.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for each client interaction, ensuring adherence to professional standards and ethical guidelines.
  • Engage in collaborative case discussions with fellow clinicians to share insights and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, including free continuing education units (CEUs) provided by the organization.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily serves adolescents and young adults grappling with mental health disorders, offering a range of therapeutic modalities that include cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and other integrative approaches. With a maximum of eight clients in a group setting, therapists can foster strong, trusting relationships that lead to impactful therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
  • Current licensing as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LCSW-R), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • Availability to dedicate a minimum of 12 hours per week for part-time contract roles, or a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week for W2 positions, including some evening and weekend availability.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative and flexible mindset in a remote environment.
Preferred Experience
