The Opportunity

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports recruiting operations across Integra by managing scheduling, candidate logistics, and administrative processes throughout the hiring lifecycle. This role partners closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth, efficient, and high-quality hiring experience. This position is highly detail-oriented and process-driven, requiring the ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy. Success in this role is defined by strong organization, responsiveness, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of customer service in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

What you will do?

  • Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders, ensuring efficiency and a positive candidate experience
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support hiring activity across multiple roles
  • Prepare and generate offer letters and supporting documentation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with approved details
  • Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process, including interview coordination, offer steps, and onboarding activities
  • Support background check processes and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and on time
  • Assist with onboarding logistics, including first-day communications and coordination
  • Coordinate candidate travel and logistics as needed
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the ATS and other systems
  • Review documents and information for accuracy and completeness before processing
  • Follow established processes while adapting to updates and improvements as the organization evolves
  • Provide a high level of customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders
  • Support general recruiting and HR administrative tasks as needed

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, HR Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role
  • Experience supporting recruiting or HR processes strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume coordination and administrative tasks
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and organization
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Strong communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HR systems
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree
