WisEngineering, LLC is currently interviewing candidates for an immediate or near term position with our company in support of ongoing Department of Defense programs at Picatinny Arsenal in Dover, NJ. Candidate must be US Citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance.  Successful candidate will be a direct (W2) employee of WisEngineering.  
 
Location: On Site Picatinny Arsenal, Dover, NJ 
Start Date: 4 to 6 Weeks 
Position Title: Product Support Integrator (PSI) / Acquisition Logistics Manager Primary Function

As a Product Support Integrator, you will develop and integrate key product support activities during the development of Army materiel solutions. You will provide comprehensive acquisition logistics management for weapon systems and/or ammunition, utilizing the 12 Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements to ensure effective system development, lifecycle management, and sustainment.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • IPS Element Integration: Apply and manage the 12 IPS elements throughout the development lifecycle: Product Support Management; Design Interface; Sustaining Engineering; Maintenance Planning and Management; Manpower and Personnel; Supply Support; Support Equipment; Technical Data; Training and Training Support; IT Systems Continuous Support; Facilities and Infrastructure; and PHST.

  • Documentation & Documentation: Author, develop, and integrate critical lifecycle documentation, including Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSPs), Memorandums of Notification (MON), and Integrated Product Support Certifications.

  • Technical & Fielding Data: Develop Basis of Issue Plan-Feeder Data (BOIP-FD), Item Unique Identification (IUID) Plans, and support the creation and maintenance of Technical Manuals (TMs).

  • Process Management: Guide systems and ammunition assets through the formal Army Type Classification and Materiel Release processes and procedures.

  • Lifecycle Management: Coordinate with program stakeholders to align logistics strategies with overall weapon system acquisition and sustainment goals.

Required Experience & Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of four (4) years of direct experience with the development of Army materiel solutions utilizing the 12 IPS elements.

  • Education & Professional Background: Must meet at least one of the following criteria:

    • A Bachelor's degree related to business management.

    • A minimum of four (4) years of experience operating specifically as an acquisition logistics manager.

  • Core Competency: Demonstrated expertise in Army Type Classification, Materiel Release procedures, and the generation of formal acquisition logistics deliverables (LCSPs, MONs, BOIP-FD, IUID).
