About the Role
PSI, Inc. is seeking a Lead Install Plumber with strong experience in high-end residential construction, remodels, and complex retrofits. This role is hands-on and project-focused, not service-based, and ideal for plumbers who take pride in craftsmanship, layout accuracy, and clean execution.
You'll lead plumbing installations across rough-in, top-out, and final trim, often within existing homes and luxury remodels that require advanced problem-solving and attention to detail.

There is NO on-call for this role, offering a consistent schedule and strong work-life balance.
What You'll Do
  • Lead plumbing installations for high-end residential remodels, custom homes, and selective commercial projects
  • Execute complex rough-ins, water and gas piping, vent systems, and final trim with a focus on finish quality
  • Perform plumbing retrofits and system tie-ins within existing structures
  • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and design plans; proactively identify conflicts and solutions
  • Coordinate with general contractors, project managers, and other trades to meet project timelines
  • Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes, PSI quality standards, and safety requirements
  • Mentor and guide apprentices or junior plumbers as needed
  • Maintain clean, organized job sites—especially in occupied homes and luxury remodel environments
We'd Love to Hear From You If You Have
  • 4+ years of plumbing experience, with a strong background in construction, remodels, or retrofits
  • Experience working in high-end or custom residential environments
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, system layout, and sequencing
  • Ability to troubleshoot and adapt when working in existing structures
  • Ability to read blueprints and coordinate effectively with other trades
  • Active Driver's License
  • Comfortable using tablets or digital job management tools
  • Journeyman or Master Plumbing License
Pay & Bonus
  • $40 - $60 per hour, based on experience
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities
