Position overview
We’re seeking a full-time, direct-hire physician to join and be trained in hair restoration/transplant surgery by the owner-physician. This role is ideal for a coachable, entrepreneurial, and team-first physician who wants a long-term career in hair restoration and cosmetic medicine and eventual opportunities for clinical leadership and administrative growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Train in and perform hair restoration and transplant procedures under the owner-physician’s mentorship.

  • Provide medical dermatology and cosmetic services as practice expands.

  • Participate in patient consultations, pre-/post-operative care, and follow-up.

  • Contribute to practice growth, team development, and patient experience initiatives.

  • Collaborate with clinical, surgical, and administrative teams to maintain high-quality care and service.
