Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated ER Manager to lead the daily operations of our Emergency Department. The ER Manager is responsible for overseeing patient care delivery, staff performance, departmental operations, quality initiatives, and regulatory compliance while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day Emergency Department operations.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop nursing and support staff.
  • Ensure high-quality patient care and patient satisfaction.
  • Monitor staffing, scheduling, and productivity.
  • Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with physicians, leadership, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Assist with budgeting and resource management.

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred will Consider AA Degree
  • 2+ years of recent Acute ED management experience .
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • BLS, ACLS, and other required certifications.
