About the Role
Plumbing Systems Inc. is seeking a highly organized and proactive Install Coordinator to oversee administrative operations for our Install Department. This role is responsible for coordinating schedules, managing project documentation, supporting technicians and subcontractors, tracking revenue and billing, and ensuring strong communication between departments and customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
What You'll Do
  • Intake customer calls regarding bid jobs
  • Coordinate all project schedules for install technicians
  • Create bid projects and maintain timeline records
  • Report material arrivals to technicians
  • Invoice all bid job projects
  • Coordinate and report all install project schedules
  • Report bid payments to the appropriate salesperson
  • Respond to customer emails regarding current or past bid jobs
  • Update and track recognized revenue
  • Coordinate communication between Service and Install Departments
  • Pull purchase orders for technicians
  • Organize, report, and run install meetings
  • Coordinate subcontractor installations
  • Coordinate bid project warranties
  • Coordinate review of customer contracts
  • Direct customer complaints to the appropriate manager for resolution
  • Create and edit Install Department administrative reports
  • Create and edit Install Department forms within ServiceTitan
  • Assist in coordinating permit inspections
  • Create and edit Install Department SOPs
  • Coordinate job folder creation
  • Create and improve processes for all Install Admin tasks
