As the Recruitment Specialist you would be responsible for recruiting foster families and assisting with the certification and licensing process for foster families. The Recruitment Specialist is expected to perform all job responsibilities in alignment with the mission and core values of Omni and comply with all Omni policies and procedures, OSHA, CMS, HIPPA, local, state, and federal, regulations.
