Looking for more than just an office job?
Are you someone who enjoys wearing many hats, solving problems, and being at the center of everything that keeps a business running? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? Are you looking for a career-not just a job-with the opportunity to grow into a leadership role?
If so, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

You'll gain exposure to nearly every function within our manufacturing operation and develop a broad understanding of how a successful business operates.
If you're someone who enjoys taking initiative, learning new skills, and making a meaningful impact, you'll find tremendous opportunity here.
As you grow your knowledge and demonstrate leadership, you'll have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and prepare for future leadership roles within our organization.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
  • Highly organized and exceptionally detail-oriented.
  • A strong communicator who enjoys working with people.
  • Customer-focused and committed to providing outstanding service.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn every aspect of the business.
  • A proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of their work.
  • Interested in building a long-term career with growth potential.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of related business, administrative, customer service, operations, or office management experience.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and business technology.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
