Support Recruiting Operations Across Multiple Facilities

Located at Corporate Office in Fort Worth

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Assistant – Divisional to join our team! This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and organized hiring process for multiple facilities, supporting recruiters, HR teams, and facility leaders. You’ll play a key role in keeping recruiting data accurate, assisting with job postings, and coordinating hiring activities to help attract top talent.


Your Impact as a Recruiting Assistant – Divisional

In this role, you will:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support for the recruiting team

  • Source and screen candidates to support divisional hiring initiatives

  • Post jobs and ensure listings are optimized for visibility

  • Handle records, paperwork, and compliance documentation

  • Assist with new hire onboarding and scheduling

  • Support recruiting events, job fairs, and hiring campaigns

  • Complete special projects and research to strengthen recruiting operations
